At Fudge we take great care to respect your privacy. We built Fudge to help people save time and money and we feel strongly that this should not be at the expense of your privacy.
We do not and will never harvest, share or sell any of your personal data to any partner and/or third party website, service or company.
We do track, save or view any of the websites you visit whilst our browser app is installed. When you visit a store that is active on Fudge, the app icon will be highlighted and at this point we use basic tracking to handle two processe:
1. We track very basic usage statistics of live Fudge stores through the app.
Such as how many people used a coupon at Amazon on Tuesday... Or How many total visit to Ebay did Fudge users make last month.
2. To set affiliate tracking cookies via retailers websites. These allow partner stores to attribute sales made through the Fudge App.

You dont need to register to use Fudge, however if you wish to take advantage of addtional features, like cross device accounts, saved items, history, cashback and affiliate earnings then you can create a Fudge account. We will ask for your Name, Email address and your address.

Data we share with 3rd parties
There are two types of data we share with third parties.
1. Google Analytics
As with most websites and apps, we use Google Analytics to help understand and improve our website and app usage. Data is stored on Google`s servers and only accessed by us. Data such as IP address, Operating systems, pageviews and browser data is transmitted.
2. Partner Stores
Stores that you make a purchase from may receive a tracking cookie on there servers from us. This is soley for the purpose of attributing sales generated on partner sites through the Fudge app.

In accordance with GDPR regulations, Fudge only keeps information for as long as needed to allow you to use our services. If you wish to cease using our services, your personal information will be removed and usage information will be orphaned into an anonymised state, with no link to you personally in any way.
